Requirements to become a student at All Styles Barber College:

 

Must possess a High School Diploma or GED

Must be able to attend a minimum of 24 hours each week

Must deposit $1,425 upon enrollment with a minimum monthly payment of $400

The Illinois Department for Financial and Professional Regulations requires barber students to complete 1500 hours of training from a licensed Barber College. Only 150 of those hours are designated for book work. The remaining 1350 hours are designated for on job training (practical application.) This means that students can expect to spend a majority of their time on the main floor, at their own station, watching, learning, and doing!


BARBER PROGRAM : $6,925 (tools, books, tuition)

(students who pay up front will receive a 10% discount on tuition)

 9-15 month program
24-48 hours per week

$1,425 to start (tools, books, 1st payment)

The remaining $5,500 is broken up into a monthly payment plan spanning the time it takes the student to complete the course.


Actively licensed Cosmetologists may enroll in the Cosmetologist to Barber Bridge Program. The Bridge Program requires 500 hours of enrollment at an Illinois approved Barber College. This program is currently being offered at LBC and can be viewed in the programs below.
 

COSMETOLOGIST TO BARBER BRIDGE PROGRAM : $3,750 (tools, books, tuition)

24-42 hours per week

$1,425 to start (tools, books, down payment)

 

The remaining $2,325 is broken up into a monthly payment plan spanning the time it takes the student to complete the course.
